Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Ticcotech. This policy explains our approach to refunds and cancellations.

1. Advance Payments

Advance payments are non-refundable unless specifically agreed in writing.

2. Client Cancellations

• If canceled before work starts → No refund of advance.
• If canceled after partial work → Client pays for completed portion.
• After final delivery → No refund.

3. Company Cancellations

If we are unable to deliver due to internal reasons, we will provide a refund for the undelivered work or offer an alternative solution.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Domain registration
• Hosting & server fees
• Premium plugins/APIs
• Third-party subscriptions

5. Change Requests

New feature requests or major changes after project start are chargeable separately. Previous payments are not refundable.

6. Refund Request Process

Clients can email formal refund requests with project details and receipts.
