Advance payments are non-refundable unless specifically agreed in writing.
If we are unable to deliver due to internal reasons, we will provide a refund for the undelivered work or offer an alternative solution.
New feature requests or major changes after project start are chargeable separately. Previous payments are not refundable.
Clients can email formal refund requests with project details and receipts.
