We provide web development, mobile app development, custom software, digital marketing, graphic & UI/UX design, and maintenance. Services follow agreed proposals and scope documents.
Payments are milestone-based. Advance payments are non-refundable except where agreed in writing.
Timelines may change due to delays in client inputs, change requests, or third-party dependencies.
Each project includes limited free revisions. Additional changes are chargeable.
After full payment, final deliverables belong to the client. Proprietary code/modules remain the company’s property unless otherwise stated.
Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the project.
Clients must license third-party tools/plugins/APIs. We are not responsible for third-party issues.
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project or service.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
